Our youth program encompasses general fitness, sports performance, obstacle course racing, life skills, and nutrition.
Each program is built succinctly with age ranges no wider than three years to ensure proper development at each stage of life.
The 4 Pillars of Our Kids’ Program:
These personal sessions will prime your body to progress into more complex dynamic and
explosive movements without experiencing injury.
The “fundamentals” of Functional Patterns involves correcting your posture through various techniques like
joint stacking, active spinal decompression, diaphragmatic breathing, and re-tensioning.
Exposure to movement skills continues, with abilities and intent beginning to mesh with frequency. More sophisticated movement challenges are introduced to foster creative solutions in movement practice segments and movement play contexts.

Expression and intent come together to create competence and foster mastery. Training leverages the natural increasing speed of physical height and weight along with psychosocial maturation to help Brand X coaches build formidable humans with the capacity to solve an expansive array of movement challenges.
